Wanted to point out the situation with the taxes:
In July 2008 the J-51 Tax abatement kicks in (starting a 15 year period of lower taxes) and then the taxes per month will drop from the current $514/month to a very reasonable $117/month. Of course we're sad that we won't be around to enjoy the savings, this info should help potential buyers figure out monthly costs.
